<p>According to surveys, men are more determined than women to go to the gym when it comes to losing weight. Women usually go to the gym because they simply want to make their body look good, while men care about their health and physique. Because of this, some women lack motivation to attend the gym but  still desire to lose weight in order to reach their best-looking body.</p>
<p>Well, if you are too lazy to go to gym but you still wish to burn your fat and make your body more attractive, you need to do some simple exercises in your own home. Of course you still need to sweat, as it is nearly impossible to burn calories without sweating. But at least, these exercises do not require any fitness equipment and will only use about 20 minutes of your time on a daily basis.</p>
<p>The exercise that I like most is the Hindu squat. If you get used to doing Hindu squats, you’ll be able to do more than a hundred reps in less than 4 minutes. It’s not a simple thing;  it’s very hard to do, but you’ll burn calories faster and you’ll also improve your metabolic rate.</p>
<p>Beside Hindu squats, jumping on a trampoline is also another fun thing to do. Yes, it may seem childish, but it actually is very useful when it comes to dieting. All of your body parts will be forced to “move” and you’ll lose just as many calories if you were riding a bicycle or taking a long walk. Of course a trampoline is not cheap, so I advise you to buy the smaller one. A total of 20 minutes (jumping on the trampoline and Hindu squats) are needed every day in order to  lose at least 6 pounds per month. Of course, you also need to control your food cravings.</p>
